• We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit.

• We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.
• We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

Shipping Policy 

1. When orders arrive in particular Countries, States, or Cities, certain shipping methods are not trackable. PostNL, Turkey Post, Switzerland Post, Electric PostNL to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Brazil, the overseas territories, and overseas island areas are just a few of the shipping options that Tradezy lists in advance and won't accept any arguments when you choose them. 

2. Any product damaged or delivery delay brought on by an act of God, such as an epidemic scenario, a global crisis, a strike, a war, a flood, a virus, a storm, a lot of snow, or a customs inspection, is not the responsibility of Tradezy. 

3. Tradezy will nonetheless alert you by Tradezy Chat, Skype, Email, Line, WhatsApp, etc. Note: The remote addresses for DHL, Fast Line, and Thailand will incur an additional fee. 

4. Due to the difficulty of shipping goods internationally, Tradezy will not accept any claims when your orders are delivered to any of the following nations: Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

  Return Policies

1.To begin your return request, please email cuteshoes@email.com  

 2. Yet because international shipping is expensive and takes at least 3 months to arrive at Warehouse, we do not advise returning merchandise to our warehouses. The majority of them will be misplaced in the return. Moreover, the majority of returned goods will be harmed in transit.  

  Note: The following examples of unreasonable disputes that Tradezy will not tolerate: 

 a. The buyer doesn't like it.

 b. The item description is false.

 c. Products have strange odours.

 d. The customer placed an incorrect order or SKU.

 e. An incorrect shipping address was given.

 f. A pre-arranged product difference.

 g. Local post offices or logistics firms remove tracking information.
