Refunds are paid within 5 business days of our receiving and approving your returned item. Refunds are in the form of AUD coins and tokens. Please note that we do not refund overnight shipping or gift wrapping charges.

To enable you to trace the progress of the delivery of your order, we will give you tracking information. Please be aware that orders for which an inaccurate or incorrect address has been provided release us from liability.
We work hard to deliver your item as quickly as we can, and we appreciate your patience if there are any delivery delays that cannot be helped, especially now.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any customs fees or delays that you may experience are not our responsibility. We cannot alter the description since WE LIST EXACTLY WHAT THE ITEM IS. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL PAY A CUSTOMS FEE. If you do, we won't be responsible for it and we won't reimburse you.
We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges you may pay. We do not know if you will pay an additional shipping fee. If you do, we won't be responsible for it, and we won't reimburse you.
For shipments within the United States, please allow 2–5 business days for arrival, as all orders are sent via USPS First Class/Priority Mail. On request, expedited delivery by USPS Priority Express Mail is also an option. International shipping: The majority of packages arrive via local post within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Delivery confirmation and complete tracking are included with every package.

Please include your product's order ID and full shipping address in your message to us, and we will issue a return authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for the return shipment.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt, Please note this can vary depending on Holidays. The Delivery time does not include the processing period from the date of placing the order.
International Shipping takes 7–20 business days including the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Any product damaged or delivery delay brought on by an act of God, such as an epidemic scenario, a global crisis, a strike, a war, a flood, a virus, a storm, a lot of snow, or a customs inspection, is not the responsibility of AUS Automotive Supplies. AUS Automotive Supplies will nonetheless alert you by Email.
There won't be any exclusions. When packages are handed over to couriers, ownership is transferred to the buyer.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We won't be liable for wrong addresses, so please double-check it before placing your order.
A signature will be required upon delivery, so please make sure someone is present at your delivery address. Once the product is transferred to your courier, we are no longer liable for it; it is up to them to deliver the package and deal with any issues with late or missed delivery. If the shipment is lost by the courier, you won't receive a refund from us for the transaction.
Incorrect shipping information or carrier misdelivery mistakes are not our responsibility. Any shipping-related difficulties must be handled by your designated courier because shipping is a service you purchase from them in addition to placing an order with us.
MISSING SHIPMENT:
You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier in the event that your package is lost or damaged while in transit. Packages lost in transit are not our responsibility! Regardless of the shipping service you choose, we are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for getting in touch with your forwarding service or company to locate your shipment.
